Racing Pigeon Oil Painting

A nice quality antique oil on board painting of a racing pigeon. It is unsigned and has clearly been cut down from a larger painting so the signature was probably cut off unfortunately. It does have the name E H Windred written in pencil on the reverse who is a very well known artist of these paintings. It is very much in his style but without the signature it is being sold as in the style of. But still a very nice little painting of nice quality. Circa 1900.
